About the Role
 

Are you an experienced RN looking for flexibility, competitive pay, and the freedom to choose your schedule? StanCo Healthcare is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our per diem team. Work as much or as little as you want while making a difference in nursing homes, long-term care, and rehab facilities.

Requirements
 

• Current RN license in Iowa and/or Washington State (multi-state license a plus)
   

• At least 1 year of recent nursing experience in long-term care, rehab, or skilled nursing
   

• Current BLS certification (ACLS may be required depending on facility)
   

• Strong clinical skills, compassion, and excellent communication
